Introducing Washington Township Chiropractor,
Dr. Eric Lipke
My Journey to Becoming a Chiropractor
I was born and raised in St. Clair, Michigan. Growing up, I was very active in sports especially baseball and basketball. This sparked an interest in how the body works and as I grew older I became fascinated by the power and complexity of the human body.
After graduating high school, I continued my education at Michigan State University, where I received a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology. I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in health care but I became uncertain which aspect I wanted to get into. As I looked into many different specialties, I was introduced to chiropractic after suffering from chest pains. I visited my medical doctor when the pain first started and was prescribed medication. The pain was relieved while on the pills but after they ran out, the pain returned. A friend then suggested I look into chiropractic and after a week of getting adjusted my chest pain was gone forever and I knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
Chiropractic Education
I moved down to Marietta, GA where I attended Life University. In June 2010, I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree along with the completion of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association seminars that specialize in pregnancy and childhood care.
When I am not working, I enjoy playing sports especially golf, reading, watching movies, biking, fishing and spending time with my friends and family.
Please call our Washington Township office today to schedule an appointment. I look forward to meeting you.
